SendAReview.com ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Technology Fits LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address
- Your Google review page URL
- Your phone number (optional)
When you use the app, we also log:
- The names, phone numbers, and email addresses of customers you send review requests to, with the method used and a timestamp. These are stored on our servers so you can see your send history and send follow ups. Only your account can see a customer's phone number and email address. Our admin activity log shows customer names, not their contact details.
- Click tracking when customers click your review link (IP address, country, timestamp)
- IP address and browser info at signup for abuse prevention
How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account
- To send you sign-in links and account emails
- To display your send history and fill in follow up requests inside the app
- To detect and prevent abuse
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except as described below.
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare - hosting, DNS, and DDoS protection. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network.
- MXroute - used to send transactional emails (sign-in links, welcome emails).
- Google Places API - used during signup to help you find your business. Your search query is sent to Google.
- Google Analytics - counts visits and page views on this site. It sets its own cookies.
- Encharge - sends account and upgrade emails. It receives your name, email address, and account events such as signing up or deleting your account.
Cookies and Sessions
We use a single session cookie (sar_session) to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly, secure, and expires after 30 days of inactivity, and after 90 days at most. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information is soft-deleted and removed from active use. Your send history (including customer names and contact details) and click logs are kept after that. To have them permanently deleted, contact us.
Your Rights
- You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
- You can request a copy of your data or ask us to permanently delete it by contacting us.
